GreenSpace’s community offering is all about sharing knowledge, spreading resources and highlighting examples of best practice.
The more informed community groups are, the more effective your work will be. So here’s four ways you or your group can benefit from GreenSpace’s knowledge and networks for free:
1) Groups can join our Community Network for free, gaining access to advice and resources.
Letting us know about your group will allow us to flag up any opportunities specific to your area, and we’ll ask for your input on research and surveys we carry out.
If you’re an area-wide forum, bringing lots of individual groups together, we can also put you in touch with the NFPGS.
2) Benefit from Love Parks Week.
Get involved in this powerful awareness-raising tool. The combined publicity of thousands of simultaneous green space events brings the importance of parks to the national agenda, and provides a great platform to advertise your events.
If you’re holding a summer event, please consider holding it during Love Parks Week (21-29 July 2012). We’ll even help you design your event marketing material!

3) Anyone can sign up to our email updates The Bench and Community Update.
Between them they deliver all the latest news, funding sources, case studies and events that keep parks people in the know.
